measuring tape, scissors, eighth-inch wide ribbon and one jumbo pop top
Step 1
Measure how long you'd like your necklace to be, making sure that it is long enough to fit over your head. Add four inches and cut ribbon.
Step 2
Fold ribbon in half and knot one inch away from ends, making a circle of ribbon.
Step 3
Hold pop top vertically and thread knotted end of ribbon through the top hole and then through the circle of ribbon. Pull tight.
