Materials
tape measure, quarter inch wide elastic, scissors and one pop top
Step 1
Measure around head where you will wear your headband.
Step 2
Take your measurement length and add four to determine how many inches long your elastic should be. Cut elastic.
Step 3
Hold pop top horizontally, top side up. Thread first end of elastic up through the right hole and down the left hole.
Step 4
Thread second end of elastic up through the left hole, on top of the first and down the right hole. Try on and tighten by pulling ends.
